Introduction and light hearted discussion on Systematic Orienteering, including extracts from Paul Murgatroyd & Mark Nixon’s Total Orienteering talk. Orienteering strategy, techniques and maps.
The session will be on Zoom and last around an hour. Email training@waoc.org.uk for log in details, ideally a week in advance of the session, although the odd last minute requester may still be able to attend.
