League Race

This session will use MAPRUNF. You will need to download the MaprunF app (or MaprunG app if you have a garmin) from the app/android store on your phone before the session and bring it along to record your timing. If you don't have the app or a suitable phone you can still come and run the course but your time will not be recorded. The event file should be under events near me but note it will be locked until just before the event. Paper maps will be available for all at the start. We will have 5 groups of 6 running at 15min intervals starting at 6:15pm.
